This results in a tighter fit and greater clamping power preventing damage to the shaft often caused by over tightening standard set screw collars. Single split collars are also easier to adjust and move.

Double Split Collars

Double Split Shaft Collars are offered in sizes ranging from 1/8" to 4 15/16". Double Split Shaft Collars are easy to disassemble minimizing labor and downtime. Double split collars have better holding capability and are more adaptable to shaft sizes that deviate from nominal size.

Stainless Steel Collars

Sizes range from 1/4" to 2 7/16". Type 304 non-magnetic steel is used in the manufacturing of the collars. These collars can be found in various industries ranging from wood products to physical fitness equipment.
